What personal data this service collects, why, how long it is kept and how to access or delete it.
What we collect
When you send a request we store the details you enter (name, email and/or phone, message, preferences) together with the consent text version you accepted and the time. Contact details are encrypted at rest. For usage statistics we record page events with a daily-rotating anonymous identifier; we do not store your IP address.
How it is used and shared
We use your details to answer your request. If you tick the option to share it with a licensed agent, we pass the request to one licensed brokerage in Dubai that can answer it. Alerts are sent only after you confirm your email address, and every alert includes an unsubscribe link.
Retention and your rights
Request details are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time through the privacy request form; we verify the request by email before acting on it. Depending on where you live, data-protection laws such as the GDPR may give you further rights.
